We understand life happens. Out of respect to our stylists, please respect our cancellation policy. If you need to cancel or reschedule, we ask for a 24-hour notice. If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment, a deposit of $45 is charged. If you wish to reschedule, your deposit will be credited towards payment on your next appointment as long as you confirm and complete said appointment.

Glow allows a 20 minute grace period for your appointment. If you arrive more than 20 minutes late to your appointment, you will be considered a No-Show and will have to pay a $45 No-Show fee.
